Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, jewelry items that have been worn cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it accordingly.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return has been approved.
European Union – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without providing a reason.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
